Discover the Future of Single-Cell Mass Spectrometry (scMS)

iSCMS Conference 2026

Join us to delve into the transformative potential of single cell mass spectrometry in unlocking cellular heterogeneity, novel cell types, and population dynamics. This conference highlights recent breakthroughs in technologies, bridging the gap in molecular understanding by enabling in-depth analysis of the proteome, lipidome, metallome and metabolome at the single-cell level.

The iSCMS conference (international) will take place 6-8 October 2026, with the BMSS (UK) single cell SIG meeting on 9 October 2026.  You can choose to register for one or both conferences, depending on your budget and availability.  Please take care to ensure that you have registered and submitted your abstract for the correct conference!

As in previous years, the first day of the ISCMS conference will be devoted to workshops, where you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience of using the London Metallomics Facility (for single cell metals analysis), SEISMIC (for single and sub-cellular LC-MS) and the Single Cell Omics Platform (for single cell RNA seq).
