iSCMS Conference 2026<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Join us to delve into the transformative potential of single cell mass spectrometry<\/b> in unlocking cellular heterogeneity, novel cell types, and population dynamics. This conference highlights recent breakthroughs in technologies, bridging the gap in molecular understanding by enabling in-depth analysis of the proteome, lipidome, metallome and metabolome at the single-cell level.<\/span><\/p>\n

The iSCMS conference (international) will take place 6-8 October 2026<\/b>, with the BMSS (UK) single cell SIG meeting on 9 October 2026<\/b>.  You can choose to register for one or both conferences, depending on your budget and availability.  Please take care<\/b> to ensure that you have registered and submitted your abstract for the correct conference!<\/span><\/p>\n

As in previous years, the first day of the ISCMS conference will be devoted to workshops, where you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience of using the London Metallomics Facility (for single cell metals analysis), SEISMIC (for single and sub-cellular LC-MS) and the Single Cell Omics Platform (for single cell RNA seq). <\/span><\/p>\n
